I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and connected, not when we push harder, but when we learn to soften and listen within. My approach is collaborative and holistic: we move at your pace, integrating insight, emotion, and embodied presence so change becomes sustainable.
I’m currently completing my PhD in Psychology with a focus on Somatic Psychology, and I’m deeply devoted to both professional growth and personal practice. Clients often describe our work as grounding, clarifying, and life-affirming.
